REFUND POLICY

Mobile service appointments can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment time to be eligible for a full refund. In order to cancel or modify your appointment, please email info@Cliniquegp.com. Refund requests must be received in writing within 7 days of purchase and no less than 24 hours before the service is scheduled. Any requests received after 7 days will result in a credit for future services. Any change or cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund and will result in a credit minus the nurse or mobile fee. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without advising us, your services will be considered rendered and the order will not be eligible for a refund. If our healthcare professional cannot access the site where you have chosen to receive your services because of foreseen issues (for example, access has not been granted to provide services at your work, snow is limiting their ability to access your walkway, etc.), the services will not be rendered and you will not be eligible for a refund.  For treatments requiring an intravenous infusion, while this is rare, if our healthcare professional is unable to properly administer the IV, you will be entitled to a full refund.  Please note, under no circumstances will refunds will be granted once services have been rendered
